At Knox, we use music as a way to prepare hearts for God’s Word.  We feel that by singing to God and worshiping Him through music, we provide an opportunity for the Holy Spirit to bring people closer to God so that we as a congregation engage with Him.  Music is not a performance to benefit us, it is solely for the worship and praise of our Creator, the Audience of One.

We feel that it is important for all ages to worship God in the way that engages them (the worshipper) most.  For this reason we have various worship services, vocal ensembles and instrumental ensembles which enable us to use the gifts God has given in ways that we relate to Him best.  Psalm 89:1 “I will sing of the Lord’s great love forever”.  We must lose ourselves in God’s wonder, love and praise and we pray that the music we make helps us to love Him more.
