The Seekers class is open to all 7th and 8th graders. Instruction guides youth to an understanding of what it means to follow Jesus Christ. A variety of resources are used that include the study of faith, life, biblical history and application, and the mission of the church.
The course guides youth through the transition from being a believer to a fully devoted follower of Christ through the study of faith, life, and the mission of the church. Materials include the teen Alpha course. This class requires a commitment from September until May. Those completing this class will be confirmed and brought into membership on Sunday, May 10 at the 11:00am Worship Service.
This spring the class is tackling a study called Critical Decisions: Clarity in the Journey. Like the fall study, this curriculum is geared toward equipping youth to ask critical questions and use scripture as the foundation for life choices.
Classes are held Sunday morning at 10:00am
