Director of Youth & Faith Formation

Join our team as the Director of Youth & Faith Formation

Knox Presbyterian Church is seeking our next Director of Youth & Faith Formation to help nurture a vibrant, welcoming, and growing ministry with the young people of our congregation.

At Knox, we believe children and youth are not simply the future of the Church—they are an important part of the Church right now. We want Knox to be a place where young people know they belong, where their questions are welcomed, where meaningful relationships are formed, and where they are encouraged to discover who God has created and called them to be.

We’re looking for someone who loves working with young people and is excited to build relationships with youth and their families. Our next Director will have the opportunity to lead, dream, create, and collaborate alongside our pastors, staff, volunteers, and congregation as we continue shaping the next chapter of youth and faith formation ministry at Knox.

Knox is a congregation of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) committed to creating an inclusive community where people of all ages can worship, learn, serve, ask questions, and grow together.

If you have a heart for young people, a passion for faith formation, and a desire to help create spaces where youth can experience genuine belonging and encounter the love of God, we would love to hear from you.
